Agrotours Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The right to a refund if a Participant changes travel plans is limited. All requests must be in writing and sent (return receipt) to Agrotours Inc., P.O. Box 29130, Richmond, VA 23242.
- Cancellation ninety days  or more prior to tour departure will receive full refund of deposit paid, less a $100 cancellation charge per person.
- Cancellation between thirty  and ninety  days will forfeit the initial deposit amount, and may also be subject to Supplier* cancellation fees.
- Cancellation within the thirty  day period prior to departure will not be refunded, except in the case that the group organizer can replace the canceled Participant with another person. If another Participant is replaced, refund will be subject to costs occurring with name changes to airlines and other suppliers.
*The Supplier is an airline, hotel, charter coach company, restaurant, museum or entrance fee, guide, or unrecoverable administrative charges.
We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.
