Planning for Your Tour

The first thing to remember is to allow sufficient time for planning and marketing your educational tour to your students or members. We recommend a lead time of six months (at minimum) to a year or more, because it produces the best results to adjust the itinerary and for each participant to arrange their calendar and budget accordingly.
In order to prepare you with a detailed program and quote we will need the following information:
- Number of group leaders
- Anticipated number of tour participants
- Budget per person
- Hotels – Economy, Mid-range, or Luxury
- Meals – Breakfast only, half, or full board
- Home airport(s)
- Destination(s)
- Trip Duration
- Balance between technical visits ( %), sightseeing ( %), and free time ( %)
